Reservations: We recommend that all reservations be made by calling 1.903.665.9955 between 9 am and 9 pm daily or anytime online on our website.  Reservations require a credit card number that is held in deposit until you arrive.  The total is due upon arrival.  Requirements may differ for holidays, special occasions or full-house groups.

Minimum Stay: Although we have a two-night minimum reservation on weekends, we often have single Friday or Saturday nights become available due to adjacent reservations.

Cancellations: At The Hale House Inn, you never pay for something you do not receive. None of us ever intends to cancel, but sometimes we find ourselves in that situation. If you must cancel, and do so 8 or more days prior to your stay, a $30 per night service fee will be charged to your credit card on file.  Less than 8 day cancellations are charged full rate to your credit card but you will be issued a gift certificate that is transferable and lasts for up to six months. Early departures are regarded as cancellations. All cancellations must be made in person or by phone. Voice mail and emailed cancellations will not be honored. Our reservation and cancellation policies are a vital part of managing a small inn.  We know you’ll understand.

Payment: For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks or cash.

Arrivals & Departures: Check-in is from 4 – 6 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm so alternate arrangements may be made. Check-out is 11 am.

Candles: Because of the danger of fire, we provide romantic lighting in the rooms in lieu of candles.

Smoking: Please confine smoking outside in the garden area.

Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcomed if accompanied by a parent.

Pets: We will gladly discus with you, accommodations for small well-trained pets at our  facilities.
